The Looking Glass Salon & Spa 1514 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150 has been in operation since 1993. Stacy Keithley, owner and operator, reports that for the last three years the salon has undergone major expansion and renovation, more than doubling its square footage.

In May, 2005, the salon & spa had a grand opening and is now offering full services including hair care, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, waxing, facials, massage, airbrush sunless tan and body wraps.

"There are a gazillion hair salons in New Albany, but The Looking Glass has to be one of the most beautiful salons I have ever been in! It's not one of those edgy salons, but is more relaxing and the layout is just awesome. How many times have you gotten a color treatment at a salon and you have either foil or some funky color on your head while you're waiting for your hair to process....and everyone who walks in gets a good look at you? At Looking Glass, that won't happen! They have a special color room near the back of their building, so you don't have to worry about anyone staring! That is just one of the many perks of this place. My hairstylist is wonderful! She is so down to Earth and easy to talk to. And she won't make any bad comments if you come in with roots that are 6 inches long!"
